All of our homes are pre-wired for solar.

Q: Is There Financing Available?
A: To help assure new homebuyers that all homes will be completed in a timely manner, we require all non-cash buyers secure a construction loan during the building of their home. This loan converts to a traditional, conventional loan at construction completion. To help make this process seamless, we can help you work with our preferred lenders to assist qualified buyers in obtaining a construction loan. Much like a loan obtained in building a custom home, this allows Brookfield Communities to offer our buyers more options in floor plans, elevations and finishes.
